As time moves ahead, tick by tick, we reach our last breath. From birth to death, the miracle of life is undeniable. We are conscience beings with no memory of the past and no concept of our future. But in the now, we share something so precious for all our contemporaries. Life. No matter what language, background, culture, or land we come from. We share the now.
The way we live has an effect on others around us and on future generations. With kindness and compassion, we extend the boundaries of what is possible. Blood does not bond families alone, but rather it is time. We do not know the many generations before us, or the many generations after us. But, we are connected to each other, each human being, on this earth by time and space.
What a gift we all have, other humans, other conscious beings with similar feelings, thoughts, and desires than our own. Why do we create boundaries and walls for our whole family?
We cannot control the flow of time, and we cannot control the unknown moment of our demise, but we can control how we love, what we say, and how we treat our worldwide family.
Let us tear down the walls of what separates our love from our actions. If we view each person on earth as a member of our family, love, and compassion become the tool of change. We aim to protect not just our own, our land, our nation, but rather the world. What is possible no longer has boundaries when we love others as we love ourselves.
